  sold me a tempered glass cover and applied it to brand new iPhone X, $49.99 for cover, $999 plus tax and activation for iPhone x. After they applied the tempered glass cover it had an air pocket under it, this occurred within a few days of purchasing it and within the 14 guarantee period. I spoke with Kaufman AT&T manager and they would not make good on their mistake. I called AT&T customer service and they mailed me a new tempered glass cover and told me they spend most their time cleaning up messes that the retail stores often make. I would recommend you go the the AT&T store in Terrell or Forney the managers and staff there are decent, honest and will treat you as a valued AT&T customer
